During a stoppage in play, Geno Smith began jawing with one of the Titans players. One player turned into three, and soon enough, Smith was sucker punched in the helmet by defensive end Jurrell Casey. From there, things got out of control.
Surprisingly enough, no players were ejected as a result of the brawl.
