The live stream for Genshin Impact Version 3.0 has included three promotional codes that give players the following rewards: 300 Primogems, ten pieces of Mystic Enchantment Ores, and five Hero’s Wits. Primogems are some of the most important currency in Genshin Impact as they allow players to wish on the game’s various banners. In order to activate just one wish, players have to spend 160 of their Primogems, however, they can also spend 1600 Primogems in order to trigger a tenfold wish mechanic which will grant 10 different rewards. Genshin Impact’s pity system guarantees that the player acquires at least one four-star item within 10 wishes. Reddit user KaiRegis has collected all the 3.0 live stream promotional codes and posted them on the game’s main subreddit.

The 3.0 live stream has revealed the upcoming Genshin Impact 3.0 will likely be the game’s largest update in recent times. According to previous map leaks, Sumeru will become the largest major region in Genshin Impact. However, Sumeru’s arrival will likely be spread over multiple updates. HoYoverse’s previous teasers about the new nation have confirmed that it is divided into two main parts: rainforests, and deserts.
Even though previous Genshin Impact rumors have been hinting that 3.0 might introduce three banner cycles, the event has confirmed that the update will be in two parts. The first banner cycle will feature the new five-star character Tighnari and the famous Geo Archon Zhongli. The second part of the update is reserved for the Hydro user Kokomi and the DPS queen Ganyu.
The livestream also confirmed previous leaks about Tighnari joining the Standard Banner after 3.0 ends. This has led many players to make the decision to skip his banner since they will eventually get this character when they lose a 50/50 on the limited banner. The most exciting thing about this new update for many fans will likely be the addition of the long-awaited Dendro element.
Genshin Impact is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, and mobile devices. A Switch version is in development.
