RELATED: Genshin Impact: A Complete Guide To Fischl’s Constellation
Itto’s gameplay revolves around his Superlative Superstrength. When he has this stack active, players will unlock a special Charged Attack, Arataki Kesagiri. Unlike the typical Charged Attack, this one will not reduce stamina. Instead, it will consume the Superlative Superstrength stack. These abilities make him a useful character and a decent DPS, and for players serious about making the most of him, his Constellations can help.
Are Arataki Itto’s Constellations Worth It?
Constellations (usually marked as “C”) can be activated when Genshin Impact players gain a copy of that certain character. A 5-star is generally amazing even at C0 (zero Constellation), while a 4-star often needs this boost to perform their best.
Arataki Itto’s C3 and C5 are not included in the descriptions below as their effects are very basic; they simply upgrade Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst talent by three levels respectively. As for the others, here’s what each Constellation does.
C1: Stay A While And Listen Up
Constellation effect: After using Elemental Burst, Itto gains two stacks of Superlative Superstrength. After 1 second, he will gain one stack of Superlative Superstrength every 0. 5 seconds for 1. 5 second. Importance: High
Arataki Itto’s first Constellation will majorly change his attack rotations. First, players no longer have to make five stacks before activating his Elemental Burst. Secondly, they can easily gain over five Charged Attacks in a row. This effect will be a large DPS increase for Arataki Itto.
C2: Gather ‘Round, It’s A Brawl!
Constellation effect: After using Elemental Burst, each party member whose Element is Geo will decrease the Burst’s cooldown by 1. 5 seconds, and restore six Energy to Arataki Itto. This burst can stack up to a maximum of 4. 5 seconds of cooldown decrease, and 18 Energy for Itto. Importance: Priority
Within the six Constellation effects, Itto’s C2 is the most important one of all. This Constellation will massively help with his Energy issue. Travelers will no longer have to worry about having Energy Recharge on Itto, and he can play with minor Battery. Furthermore, his Elemental Burst cooldown time will go down from 7 seconds to 2.5 seconds. This means players can minimize their rotation, and Itto can dominate the field more.
C4: Jailhouse Bread And Butter
Constellation effect: After Itto’s Elemental Burst ends, all nearby party members gain 20% DEF and 20% ATK for 10 seconds. Importance: Skippable
Arataki Itto’s fourth Constellation is a great buff for his teammates. It’s good if players have units that snapshot (Like Albedo or Xiangling), but for the most part, this Constellation isn’t as important to have.
C6: Arataki Itto, Present!
Constellation effect: Itto’s Charged Attacks deal +70% Critical DMG. Additionally, when he uses Arataki Kesagiri, he has a 50% chance to not consume stacks of Superlative Superstrength. Importance: High
C6 Itto will not change the character’s gameplay. This Genshin Impact Constellation is mainly a massive damage boost, designed to make Itto a larger powerhouse than he is right now. It’s less vital than C1 or C2.
Genshin Impact is now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
