Better still, players will only need to go as far as getting his first Genshin Impact Constellation for Bennett to become viable. However, for those Travelers who are wondering about the rest of his enhancements, this guide will help them to better understand which ones are worth getting, and which Constellation is negligible.

Are Bennett’s Constellations Worth It In Genshin Impact?

Even without Constellations, Bennett is still one of the best Supports in Genshin Impact. That speaks volumes to how important he can be in team compositions. His first Constellation is highly sought after, while his sixth is the most talked about and hated Constellation in Genshin Impact. All in all, most of his Constellations are underwhelming, but, luckily, he doesn’t really need them to be the top-tier Support that he is.

C1 - Grand Expectation

Effect: Bennett’s Elemental Burst, Fantastic Voyage’s attack increase no longer has an HP restriction, and gains an additional 20% of Bennett’s Base ATK. Importance: Priority

C1 Bennett can now heal and buff his team without any limitations. It is without a doubt, his best Genshin Impact Constellation. It makes him the perfect Support and a great fit for any team composition.

C2 - Impasse Conqueror

Effect: When Bennett’s HP falls below 70%, his Energy Recharge is increased by 30%. Importance: Low

C2 Bennett increases his Energy Recharge, which can be helpful in some situations. The idea behind this Constellation is that Bennett won’t heal above 70%, so he can always keep that 30% extra ER. However, that idea falls flat as he can easily heal above 70% HP.

C4 - Unexpected Odyssey

Effect: Using a Normal Attack when executing the second attack of Passion Overload’s Charge Level 1 allows an additional attack to be performed. This additional attack does 135% of the second attack’s DMG. Importance: Negligible

C4 Bennett increases his DPS in Genshin Impact. It’s unnecessary since Bennett can do so much as a Support while barely having any field time, giving him more time on the field will always be a DPS drop no matter how many buffs he gets.

C6 - Fire Ventures with Me

Effect: Sword, Claymore, or Polearm-wielding characters inside Bennett’s Elemental Burst radius gain a 15% Pyro DMG Bonus and their weapons are infused with Pyro. Importance: Situational

C6 Bennett is controversial, to say the least. Many players dislike the forced infusion this Constellation adds and actively advise against upgrading it as a result. While upgrading this Constellation limits which characters Bennett can support, the buff can be great for some characters, especially those who wield the Pyro Vision. For example, C6 Bennett’s buff can beat the bonus granted to Hu Tao when her HP falls below 50%.

Genshin Impact is now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
