As a 5-star Genshin Impact character, pulling for Tighnari’s Constellation should not be done recklessly, especially for F2P players. To know each worth of Tighnari’s Constellation in Genshin Impact, here’s a brief overview of each of them.

Are Tighnari Constellations Worth It In Genshin Impact?

Tighnari can enter a new role once he unlocks his final Genshin Impact Constellation, but the rest of his upgrades don’t really do much. Most of them simply increase his personal DPS.

C1 - Beginnings Determined at the Roots

Effect: Tighnari’s Charged Attack CRIT Rate is increased by 15%. Importance: Low

Crit Rate addition is always welcomed in Genshin Impact, but wasting precious Primogems only to get a 15% Crit Rate addition is not really worth it, especially considering Tighnari’s best weapon in Genshin Impact, Hunter’s Path, already provides a massive amount of Crit Rate.

However, for those who are trying to get as much DMG as possible with Tighnari, this constellation allows players to focus solely on his Crit DMG and Elemental Mastery.

C2 - Origins Known From the Stem

Effect: When there are opponents within the Vijnana-Khanda Field created by Elemental Skill, Tighnari gains 20% Dendro DMG Bonus. The effect will last up to 6s if the field’s duration ends or if it no longer has opponents within it. Importance: Medium

Tighnari’s C2 is another Genshin Impact Constellation that provides an easy buff. This upgrade is decent but falls short when compared to other characters, like Raiden Shogun’s.

C3 - Fortunes Read Amongst the Branches

Effect: Increases the Level of Elemental Burst by 3. Importance: High

As a quick-swap sub-DPS in Genshin Impact, Tighnari highly relies on his Elemental Burst to deal DMG, so three additional levels are a good addition.

C4 - Withering Glimpsed in the Leaves

Effect: When Elemental Burst is unleashed, all nearby party members gain 60 Elemental Mastery for 8s. If the Elemental Burst triggers a Burning, Bloom, Aggravate, or Spread reaction, their Elemental Mastery will be further increased by 60. This latter case will also refresh the buff state’s duration. Importance: High

The fourth Genshin Impact Constellation effect allows the whole team to deal a higher overall DPS if the team focuses on Quicken reactions.

C5 - Comprehension Amidst the Flowers

Effect: Increases the Level of Elemental Skill by 3. Importance: Medium

Tighnari’s Elemental Skill is a decent source of DMG, but it’s not as important as his Elemental Burst. If the Forest Watcher is the only Dendro character in the team, unfortunately, this ability will be used to trigger Quicken. This means it won’t be enhanced by Spread, further lowering its importance.

C6 - Karma Adjudged From the Leaden Fruit

Effect: Wreath Arrow‘s charging time is decreased by 0. 9s, and will produce 1 additional Clusterbloom Arrow upon hit. This arrow deals 150% of Tighnari’s ATK as DMG. Importance: High

Tighnari’s final Constellation allows him to be played somewhat similarly to Genshin Impact Ganyu. The Forest Watcher will also have an additional Clusterbloom Arrow, which means more Spread reactions will be triggered.

Tighnari’s C6 is his best Constellation, but that’s no surprise considering the number of investments needed to get there.

Genshin Impact is now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
