Genshin Impact: Adjust the Night Raven’s Sight Line to Solve the Puzzle
To put things simply, adjusting the Night Raven’s sight line is synonymous with adjusting the view that is seen when engaging with a Gaze of the Deep. Indeed, it is possible for Genshin Impact players to change the position and zoom level when they are looking through one of these obelisks, and that is exactly what they must do to solve the associated puzzle. More specifically, fans must adjust the view of the Gaze of the Deep so that any “misplaced” objects appear to be in their correct positions.

To try to solidify this concept, the first time that players are told to adjust the Night Raven’s sight line, they will be looking at the side of a diagonal stairway. There is a piece of the stairway floating in front of it, and gacha game fans should shift the Gaze of the Deep’s view to the left until that piece appears to fill in the stairway’s gap. A small purple circle will appear in the center of the screen when a player is close to the correct view, and they will receive a visual notification when the puzzle has been solved.
This is just the first of many times that players will need to adjust the Night Raven’s sight line during Immernachtreich Apokalypse, though, and the Gaze of the Deep puzzles in Genshin Impact get more complicated as the quest progresses. While this guide will not provide specific solutions to every one of these puzzles, it is worth mentioning that they are all solved in a very similar fashion. Indeed, so long as players keep the goal of realigning “misplaced” objects in mind, they should not have too much trouble advancing through the quest.
Fans may also want to think about the goal of these puzzles as completing paths, as that is often the case. This is particularly true when players are attempting to save Leon in Genshin Impact, as those Immernachtreich Apokalypse quest steps focus heavily on using Gaze of the Deep mechanisms to build paths for the trapped NPC.
Genshin Impact is available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is currently in development.
