The Frostbearing Tree
Similar to the Statues of the Seven in Genshin Impact, the Frostbearing Tree can be leveled up for rewards. The rewards that players can get from the levels on the Frostbearing Tree are Acquaint Fairs, Mystic Enchantment Ore, Mora, Hero’s Wit, a special wind glider called the Wings of Concealing Snow, and more. There are a total of 12 levels for this tree, and each one is bought with a farmable material called Crimson Agate. There are about 80 of them located on the map, and players can gain additional Crimson Agate by challenging the Crimson Wish every Monday and Friday.

While some are just out in the world for anyone to pick up, some Crimson Agates are concealed behind gates, under ice, or are just tucked away in a hard-to-find place. Crimson Agate 9627 is easy to get once players know where to look.
Look for the Tiny Island
Just off the edge of the line between Galesong Hill and Dragonspine which is the gorgeous new icy location in Genshin Impact, there is a very small island. All that is on it is a small hunk of ice.
Hop to the island off the Galesong side; the cliffs are high enough to allow players to sail there without much trouble. Once there, players can smash the ice, use a bow and arrow, or even use a Pyro character like Klee to help melt it.
After the ice is taken care of Genshin Impact players will find a chest underneath the ice. Inside, there will be Crimson Agate 9627 along with some other goodies. If players are still having trouble finding the island, here is a video to help with the precise location of this treasure chest.
The Chalk Prince and Dragon
While the holiday event for Genshin Impact is only going until the 6th of January, 2021, the Frostbearing Tree is going to be a permanent fixture in the game. So if players don’t get all 12 levels before the end of the event, there still will be plenty of time to collect all the needed Crimson Agate to ensure that players get all the rewards.
Genshin Impact is free-to-play for mobile, PC, and PS4, with a Switch version in development.
