Before diving into the locations of the Earth Kitsune in Genshin Impact, it may be worth taking a moment to clarify that the Memento Lens is a gadget that can be equipped from the gadget menu. When that has been done, fans can activate the item to look through it, and they will want to direct the lens at the small foxlike sculptures with the glowing eyes for the purposes of this quest. Indeed, those are the statuettes of interest, and a map highlighting their precise positions can be found below.

Genshin Impact: Earth Kitsune Statuette Locations
In front of the temple. In the grass just southeast of the first statuette. By the circle of Kitsune statues where the Mysterious Shadows in Genshin Impact gathered earlier in the questline. Just southeast of the third statuette. On the east side of the large Kitsune statue. On a large rock. Under a small covered structure. Next to a small shrine where a Mysterious Shadow stood previously.
After looking at all of these statuettes, players will receive indication that they have completed the “return to the abandoned shrine and use the Memento Lens to investigate” quest step. This does not mark the end of the Sacrificial Offering quest, though, as fans will now need to recite the sacred words in front of the Sky Kitsune Statue. Notably, that is the previously-mentioned sculpture near Earth Kitsune statuette number five, and Genshin Impact fans should interact with it, select the correct phrases, and collect the Ward.
From there, players must find and ultimately destroy a barrier in Genshin Impact. The barrier of interest can be found in a cave to the south of the abandoned shrine, and fans that hope to demolish it will need to solve another short puzzle and defeat the Mysterious Samurai. As soon as that enemy has been slain, players will be treated to a somewhat lengthy cutscene, and the Sacrificial Offering quest will finally be finished when that cutscene reaches its conclusion.
Genshin Impact is available now on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5, with a Switch version in development.
