To get right to it, the Bag of Flower Seeds in Genshin Impact is to be given to an NPC named Hanayama Kaoru in order to spawn a Common Chest. This NPC is located near a small shrine that is situated just north of the town of Tatarasuna, and the video that is featured below should make it quite easy to find her. However, Hanayama will not appear in this position for every player, as they must first fulfill a certain prerequisite.

More specifically, fans must complete the entirety of the Tatara Tales World Quest series before they will be able to give the Bag of Flower Seeds to Hanayama. This quest line is initiated by speaking with Toranosuke or Miyuki at Kujou Encampment, and it unfolds over seven daily resets. This means that Genshin Impact players will need to spend a week chipping away at Tatara Tales before they can ultimately convert their Bag of Flower Seeds into a prize.
With respect to what that prize is, the aforementioned Common Chest contains 20,000 Mora. While this may not be the most exciting reward in Inazuma, it is not particularly difficult to obtain it once Hanayama finally shows up. Indeed, players simply need to speak with the NPC and then speak with her again, selecting “are these flower seeds any use” in that second conversation, and it may thus be worth stopping by the shrine when fans find themselves in the area.
Prior to concluding this guide, it may be pertinent to say a few more words on exactly how the Bag of Flower Seeds is obtained. As previously noted, this item comes as a reward for handing Mysterious Conches over to Takashi, and both the shells and the NPC can be found on the small landmass that juts out into the water at the north end of Kannazuka. Seeds are not the only thing that players can get from Takashi, though, as he is also the source for the Hamayumi Bow blueprint in Genshin Impact.
Genshin Impact is available for Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5, with a Switch version in development.
