For those that are unfamiliar, Ley Line Outcrops are an optional activity players can grind for rewards. Once activated, monsters will spawn in waves based on a difficulty determined by World Level. Gamers will need to utilize their team to take out the waves and open the blossom that appears after. However, to earn these XP, Mora, or materials will require having 20 Original Resin in Genshin Impact to open the blossom.

The benefit to farming Ley Lines during this event is for the double rewards. Running from February 26 to March 5, any player can join in for the Ley Line Overflow event as long as the activity is unlocked in the game. Essentially, fans can earn twice as much Mora or materials for the first three Ley Lines in one day. Keep in mind, the Original Resin will still be necessary to open these blossoms. If low on the resource, either wait until it recharges or get some Primogems in Genshin Impact to replenish it.
If looking to unlock Ley Lines to enjoy this event, players must level their Adventure Rank fast. At Rank 3, the Blossom of Revelation becomes available and this provides materials and XP for characters. But if wanting to rack up some major wealth, Adventure Rank 12 should be the goal. Because at this level, the Blossom of Wealth appears which gives out Mora once opened. However, finding each kind of Blossom is not as straightforward as some may think.
There are multiple regions throughout Genshin Impact’s open world Teyvat, and each will contain Ley Line Outcrops. The thing is, only one of each blossom type are available per region. Open up the Adventurer’s Handbook and flip over to the Bosses tab of the journal. From there, players can track and hunt down the Ley Lines awaiting in a specific area. After completing a certain blossom, like Blossom of Wealth, a new one will spawn in the region. That way, fans can keep taking on the challenge as long as they have enough Original Resin. Even though the event is limited to three Ley Lines a day, it is still a great way to gather bonus rewards.
Genshin Impact is available now on Mobile, PC, and PS4, and is in development for PS5 and Switch.
