Yae Miko has officially been confirmed to arrive in the upcoming Genshin Impact update 2.5. Recent beta leaks have revealed a lot of information about Yae Miko including full gameplay footage that was posted on the popular Genshin Impact Leaks subreddit.
Yae Miko’s elemental burst causes lightning dealing AoE Electro damage. When the elemental burst is used, she will release all of her “Lethal Sakura” nearby which will morph into Tenko Thunderstrike dealing AoE damage. She has also been rumored to be one of the strongest DPS characters in the game, on par with Ganyu, Hu Tao, and Xiao. Another Genshin Impact leak has revealed most of the constellations for this character:
Yae’s elemental burst will cause lightning and thunder dealing AoE electro damage. When the burst is used, she releases all Lethal Sakura nearby which will morph into Tenko Thunderstrike dealing AoE electro damage. She has also been rumored to be one of the strongest DPS characters in the game, on par with Hu Tao, Xiao, and Ganyu. Another Genshin Impact leak has revealed four out of six constellations for this character:
C1: Every time Heavenly Fox triggers a Lethal Sakura Thunderbolt, Yae Recovers 7 Energy C2: Lethal Sakura cooldown is reduced by 20% and its AoE is increased by 100% C4: All teammates receive a 20% electro damage buff for five seconds after Yae’s Lethal Sakura triggers Heavenly Fox C6: When a Lethal Sakura is created, its initial level is raised to two and its maximum level is increased by four. These attacks will ignore 45% of enemies Defense.
The fact that her ascension stat is Crit rate means that she will most likely be a DPS character in the game which is unusual for a Catalyst user. She is also confirmed to be a new Electro Vision holder. Her elemental skill will allow her to move rapidly, leaving behind “Lethal Sakura” which periodically deals damage to one nearby enemy. This means that she could also have strong sub-DPS capabilities.
Genshin Impact is available now on Mobile, PC, PS4, PS5, and a Nintendo Switch version in development.
