Genshin Impact leaker Ubatcha1 has revealed additional information about a new four-star item. As per usual, every new update brings a free four-star weapon that can be obtainable by participating in the new event. According to additional leaks, the new bow is called have the following stats:
Weapon Type: Bow Rarity: Four-star Base Attack: 44-565 Secondary Stat (Energy Recharge): 6. 7% - 30. 6% Passive: This weapon will come with one of three buffs, each of them will increase the character’s damage by 6-14% respectively. The buff will change to the next effect type when a character hits an opponent. The effect can be triggered once every 7 seconds, even if character is off the field.
There still isn’t any information about how players can get this weapon, but it will most likely be by finishing a line of quests. This bow will be a great fit for most support characters in the game that require Energy Recharge but still rely on heaving strong damage numbers. Even though the new character Yelan will receive her own signature weapon, Fading Twilight could still be a great choice for her.
The beta for the upcoming Genshin Impact update 2.7 has started and more information about the new characters Yelan and Kuki Shinobu has already been revealed. Yelan will apparently be a new support character with sub-DPS potential, and she scales with HP which is unusual for bow characters. According to these leaks, Yelan will have a great impact on a fight even when she’s not on the field which makes her a good fit for the popular Genshin Impact AFK squad.
Fischl is another character that could benefit from the weapon, and she is rumored to arrive at one of the upcoming banners. New Genshin Impact characters often have Energy issues, but luckily characters like Fischl can resolve these problems. Equipping her with an Energy Recharge build makes her Elemental skill a machine for producing energy particles.
Genshin Impact is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, and mobile devices. A Switch version is currently in development with no confirmed release date.
