He no longer sees the protagonist as a nemesis, but thanks to his memory being restored, he maintains his mean streak. At the players’ party, he proves himself to be dangerous and worth keeping an eye on. However, the same can’t be said about Wanderer’s Constellation in Genshin Impact.

Is Getting wanderer Constellations Worth It In Genshin Impact?
Most of Scaramouche’s Constellation in Genshin Impact is only a DPS increase, with an exception in C4 and C6. Therefore, if players are only trying to get Wanderer’s C1 or C2, then it’s not worth it.
C1 - Shoban: Ostentatious Plumage
Effect: When in the Windfavored State, The Attack SPD of the Wanderer’s Kuugo: Fushoudan and Kuugo: Toufukai is increased by 10%. Additionally, the wind arrows fired by the Passive Talent “Gales of Reverie” will deal an additional 25% of his ATK as DMG. You must unlock the Passive Talent “Gales of Reverie” first. Importance: Medium
Scaramouche’s C1 increases his ATK SPD when his Elemental Skill is active and boosts the DMG dealt by his Ascension Passive. However, other than additional DMG, the first Constellation for Wanderer provides no other utility.
C2 - Niban: Isle Amidst White Waves
Effect: When in the Windfavored State, the Kyougen: Five Ceremonial Plays will see its DMG increased by 4% per point of difference between the max amount of Kuugoryoku Points contrasted with Kuugoryoku’s present capacity when using this skill. Through this method, you can increase Kyougen: Five Ceremonial Plays’ DMG by a maximum of 200%. Importance: Medium
This time, Scaramouche gains a bonus on his Elemental Burst. The bonus itself is great and can pretty much double his Burst DPS, but considering Anemo doesn’t have a reaction like Melt or Vaporize, the damage ceiling for this ability is rather low.
C4 - Yonban: Set Adrift into Spring
Effect: When casting Hanega: Song of the Wind, should the Passive Talent Jade-Claimed Flower be triggered, the character will gain buffs in correspondence to the contacted Elemental Type(s), and also obtain a random untriggered buff. A maximum of 3 such corresponding elemental buffs can exist simultaneously. You must unlock the Passive Talent Jade-Claimed Flower first. Importance: High
Normally, Wanderer can only get up to two buffs from his Ascension passive, but with the C4 effect, he can now have up to three. One of the three is even randomly assigned and players don’t need to actually come in contact with the assigned Element. If it hits on the right Elements, C4 Scaramouche can be a handy source of buffs.
C6 - Shugen: The Curtains’ Melancholic Sway
Effect: When The Wanderer actively hits an opponent with Kuugo: Fushoudan while in the Windfavored state, the following effects will occur: Deals an additional instance of Kuugo: Fushoudan at the hit position hit, dealing 40% of the attack’s original DMG. This DMG will be considered Normal Attack DMG. When the Wanderer falls below 40 Kuugoryoku Points, restores 4 points to him. Kuugoryoku Sky-Dweller Points can be restored in this manner once every 0. 2s. This restoration can occur 5 times within one Windfavored duration. Importance: Priority
C6 Scaramouche allows him to use his Elemental Skill for a longer duration. He also deals more frequent damage, which not only boosts his normal DPS but also increases his potential in triggering Swirl.
Genshin Impact is now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
