It’s no surprise that Dori is filthy rich, though. Her cunning way of trading and her willingness to provide any inventory that earns her some Mora surely pays off well. However, despite being known to be a merchant that sells everything, one thing Dori would never sell is her precious Jinni. In combat, Dori’s Jinni also plays a big part, like determining the merchant’s role in the team, and thus deciding the best weapons for Dori in Genshin Impact.

Dori Best Weapons For Support Build

For a support Dori, her best weapons are the ones that enhance the entire team’s performance. This includes:

Wolf’s Gravestone Forest Regalia Favonius Greatsword

Wolf’s Gravestone

Base ATK: 608 ATK Secondary Stat: 49. 6% ATK Passive: Increases ATK by 20%. On hit, attacks against opponents with less than 30% HP increase all party members’ ATK by 40% for 12s. Can only occur once every 30s.

Wolf’s Gravestone can greatly enhance the team’s ATK if Dori is brought out at the correct timing. A 40% ATK boost is twice more prominent than 4pc Noblesse Oblige, so it shows how powerful this buff is.

Forest Regalia

Base ATK: 565 ATK Secondary Stat: 30. 6% Energy Recharge Passive: After triggering any Genshin Impact Dendro Reaction Burning, Quicken, Aggravate, Spread, Bloom, Hyperbloom, or Burgeon, a Leaf of Consciousness will be created around the character for a maximum of 10s. When picked up, the Leaf will grant the character 60 Elemental Mastery for 12s. Only 1 Leaf can be generated this way every 20s. This effect can still be triggered if the character is not on the field. The Leaf of Consciousness’ effect cannot stack.

Forest Regalia is great for both its Energy Recharge sub-stat and the passive that can grant 60 Elemental Mastery to a teammate. This Sumeru forgeable weapon is perfect if Travelers wish to play Dori as a support in a reaction team.

Favonius Greatsword

Base ATK: 454 ATK Secondary Stat: 61. 3% Energy Recharge R5 Passive: CRIT Hits have a 100% chance to generate a small amount of Elemental Particles, which will regenerate 6 Energy for the character. Can only occur once every 6s.

Favonius Greatsword doesn’t directly provide a team buff, but if Dori wields this weapon, she can further amplify her role as a Genshin Impact Battery. Apart from the great Energy Restoration, she provides from her Elemental Burst, Favonius Greatsword will also generate some extra Elemental Particles.

Dori Best Weapons For Healer Build

For a healer build, the best weapons for Dori in Genshin Impact include those that grant HP and Energy Recharge stat. The following Claymores are on this list:

The Bell Skyward Pride Katsuragikiri Nagamasa Ferrous Shadow

The Bell

Base ATK: 510 ATK Secondary Stat: 41. 3% HP R5 Passive: Taking DMG generates a shield that absorbs DMG up to 32% of Max HP. This shield lasts for 10s or until broken, and can only be triggered once every 45s. While protected by a shield, the character gains a 24% increased DMG.

The Bell has been dying to come out of players’ inventory, and, this time, it can actually do so. Although its passive is not exactly perfect for Dori, The Bell’s HP sub-stat is a good enough reason for a healer Dori.

Ferrous Shadow

Base ATK: 401 ATK Secondary Stat: 35. 2% HP R5 Passive: When HP falls below 90%, increases Charged Attack DMG by 50%, and Charged Attacks become harder to interrupt.

Unlike The Bell that’s more viable in several ways, Ferrous Shadow should only be an option for beginner players. Advanced Travelers should forget about this Claymore as it’s only here for the HP secondary stat.

Skyward Pride

Base ATK: 674 ATK Secondary Stat: 36. 8% Energy Recharge Passive: Increases all DMG by 8%. After using an Elemental Burst, Normal or Charged Attack, on hit, creates a vacuum blade that does 80% of ATK as DMG to opponents along its path. Lasts for 20s or 8 vacuum blades.

Skyward Pride may not have HP, but it’s still amazing for its Energy Recharge sub-stat. This will help Dori regenerates her Energy faster, allowing her to be a better healer and Battery.

Katsuragikiri Nagamasa

Base ATK: 510 ATK Secondary Stat: 45. 9% Energy Recharge R5 Passive: Increases Elemental Skill DMG by 12%. After Elemental Skill hits an opponent, the character loses 3 Energy but regenerates 5 Energy every 2s for the next 6s. This effect can occur once every 10s. Can be triggered even when the character is not on the field.

Katsuragikiri Nagamasa is a forgeable Genshin Impact weapon that was released with Inazuma. This weapon requires some Energy to activate its passive, but after several seconds, the lost Energy will return in a higher amount.

Dori Best Weapons For Damage Dealing

Dori can deal damage by either using EM/Electro/Crit in an Aggravate team, or triple Elemental Mastery (EM) in Hyperbloom, Electro-Charged, or Overloaded team.

For Aggravate team, Dori should wield weapons that enhance EM and Critical stat. Meanwhile, for the rest of the Elemental Reactions, the merchant simply needs Elemental Mastery. Therefore, the best weapons for Dori to deal damage are:

Redhorn Stonethresher Rainslasher Bloodtainted Greatsword Serpent Spine

Redhorn Stonethresher

Base ATK: 542 ATK Secondary Stat: 88. 2% Crit DMG Passive: DEF is increased by 28%. Normal and Charged Attack DMG is increased by 40% of DEF.

Redhorn Stonethresher is amazing for its gigantic sub-stat. 88.2% Crit DMG will crazily enhance Dori’s Aggravate damage.

Rainslasher

Base ATK: 510 ATK Secondary Stat: 165 Elemental Mastery R5 Passive: Increases DMG against opponents affected by Hydro or Electro by 36%.

Rainslasher is great for both its Elemental Mastery sub-stat and a passive that enhances damage over Electro-affected enemies. The passive will not affect Transformative reactions (Hyperbloom, Electro-Charged, or Overloaded), but will boost Aggravate nicely.

Bloodtainted Greatsword

Base ATK: 354 ATK Secondary Stat: 187 Elemental Mastery R5 Passive: Increases DMG against opponents affected by Pyro or Electro by 24%.

Bloodtainted Greatsword is almost identical to Rainslasher. Because of its higher EM, this can be better for Transformative reactions, but, due to its status as a 3-star weapon in Genshin Impact, Rainslasher is generally the better option.

Serpent Spine

Base ATK: 510 ATK Secondary Stat: 27. 6% Crit Rate Passive: Every 4s a character is on the field, they will deal 6% more DMG and take 3% more DMG. This effect has a maximum of 5 stacks and will not be reset if the character leaves the field, but will be reduced by 1 stack when the character takes DMG.

Serpent Spine could easily outperform Rainslasher in an Aggravate team, but, sadly, Dori can’t really benefit from this Claymore’s passive as she’d barely spend time on the field.

Genshin Impact is now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
