7 Mappa Mare
Primary Stats: 565 Base ATK Secondary Stats: 110 Elemental Mastery R5 Effect: Triggering an Elemental reaction grants a 16% Elemental DMG Bonus for 10s. Max 2 stacks.
Mappa Mare enhances Mona’s Hydro DMG by up to 32%. It’s easy for her to trigger Mappa Mare’s two stacks and get the full effect with one move. Mona will also be able to inflict higher Elemental Reactions DMG when wielding Mappa Mare because of its substat. While Mappa Mare is not the best Catalyst for Mona, it’s still effective to some degree, and great for F2P player.

Primary Stats: 401 Base ATK Secondary Stats: 35. 2% HP R5 Effect: When switching characters, the new character taking the field has their ATK increased by 48% for 10s. This effect can only occur once every 20s.

While Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers’ stats aren’t compatible with Mona’s kit, it still allows Mona to transform a whopping 48% ATK to the next character. This F2P weapon and its effect turn Mona into a full Support, where she’s unable to inflict any noticeable DMG, but instead grants the next character enough stats to compromise.
5 Hakushin Ring
Primary Stats: 565 Base ATK Secondary Stats: 30. 6% Energy Recharge R5 Effect: After the character equipped with this weapon triggers an Electro elemental reaction, nearby party members of an Elemental Type involved in the elemental reaction receive a 20% Elemental DMG Bonus for their element, lasting 6s. Elemental Bonuses gained in this way cannot be stacked.
Same as Favonius Codex, Hakushin Ring have Energy Recharge as a substat. Not only that, but the Forgeable Catalyst also adds a Supportive ability to buff Mona’s Hydro DMG and the Electro DMG of all other Electro users in her party.
4 Favonius Codex
Primary Stats: 510 Base ATK Secondary Stats: 45. 9% Energy Recharge R5 Effect: CRIT hits have a 100% chance to generate a small amount of Elemental Particles, which will regenerate 6 Energy for the character. Can only occur once every 6s.

Since Mona is a great Support in Genshin Impact, Favonius Codex is a decent weapon for her. The 4-star Catalyst adds a valuable Supportive ability to Mona by allowing her to generate Elemental Particles for the whole team to enjoy. Players shouldn’t worry about the lack of offensive stats on the Favonius Catalyst as Mona’s A4 enhances her Hydro DMG by 20% of her Energy Recharge% and Emblem of Severed Fate also increases Mona’s Burst DMG based on her ER.
3 The Widsith
Primary Stats: 510 Base ATK Secondary Stats: 55. 1% CRIT DMG R5 Effect: When a character takes the field, they will gain a random theme song for 10s. This can only occur once every 30s. Recitative: ATK is increased by 120%. Aria: Increases all Elemental DMG by 96%. Interlude: Elemental Mastery is increased by 480.
The Widsith is a top-tier Catalyst in Genshin Impact, especially at R5. The 4-star weapon grants Mona one of three crazy buffs when she joins the field for 10 seconds. All three buffs work great with Mona, especially if she’s counting on Vaporize to deal DMG.
2 Lost Prayer to the Sacred Winds
Primary Stats: 608 Base ATK Secondary Stats: 33. 1% CRIT Rate Effect: Increases Movement SPD by 10%. When in battle, gain an 8% Elemental DMG Bonus every 4s. Max 4 stacks. Lasts until the character falls or leaves combat.

Lost Prayer to the Sacred Winds is a pretty good weapon for Mona in Genshin Impact. While this weapon’s stats are good and simplify building Mona’s CRIT Value, Sub-DPS and Support Mona can’t use its passive at all. Lost Prayer to the Sacred Winds effect forces its user to stay on the field for 16 seconds to gain 32%. Mona is best used as a Sub-DPS, so it’s a DPS loss to stack all this DMG for nothing.
1 Skyward Atlas
Primary Stats: 674 Base ATK Secondary Stats: 33. 1% ATK Effect: Increases Elemental DMG Bonus by 12%. Normal Attack hits have a 50% chance to earn the favor of the clouds. Which actively seek out nearby opponents to attack for 15s, dealing 160% ATK DMG. Can only occur once every 30s.
Skyward Atlas is one of the best Catalysts in Genshin Impact. This 5-star weapon can perfectly work on almost any DPS Catalyst user. What makes Skyward Atlas that strong is the fact that it targets and increases its user’s ATK%, which is a general stat. Mona will definitely enjoy this 5-star weapon to unleash the highest DMG she’s capable of inflicting.
