In order to reach the ship, there are two primary methods that players can utilize. The first method that players can use to reach the ship is by equipping a cryo character and using their elemental skill to freeze the water and walk towards the Ocean Pearl. For F2P players, Kaeya is ideal for this method, however, it does take a significant amount of time to reach the ship.

The second method that players can utilize is to glide to the Ocean Pearl from the mountain peaks south of Liyye Harbor. From the mountain peaks, players can easily glide to the ship, and once aboard, the Ocean Pearl world quest will automatically trigger.
The first objective that players will be given from Luoxia is to talk to the various party guests onboard the ship. While the markers may imply that the player has to speak to each party guest, there is only one guest that players must speak to in order to progress in the quest.
Speak to Qiu’ge, who can be found at the front of the ship. She will ask the player to bring her 3 Qingxin Flowers. Additionally, players can also speak to Cui’er who will ask the Traveler to deliver a letter for him. This optional request will not progress the side quest, however, if players still want to deliver the letter for him, the recipient can be found by traveling to the southern waypoint in Liyue Harbor and speaking to the NPC Chaoxi, who is located nearby.
If players do not have any Qingxin flowers in their inventory, they can easily find three in one location south of Mount Aozang. This location can be found by fast traveling to the Mount Aozang waypoint and gliding to the stone mountaintop.
Players can also unlock the “Nothing Special, Just Practice” achievement for shooting an eagle with their bow from this location. With all the flowers collected, return back to the Ocean Pearl and deliver them to Qiu’ge. Once the flowers have been delivered, speak with Luoxia one final time.
At this point, players can now speak to Pinghai-the boatman- who will return players to the shore and complete the quest. However, players should first explore the Ocean Pearl and collect the numerous chests on board for an additional reward.
