The release of a new character often inspires players to get creative in the world of Teyvat, especially in times when they run out of Resin. An interesting post on the popular Genshin Impact subreddit shows a fan’s attempt to replicate a scene from a popular movie.

Reddit user DqrkExodus has shared an interesting video in which he tries to recreate one of the most iconic scenes from the movie Your Name. The original scene features two separate shots that show two meteors flying through the sky. DqrkExodus managed to recreate the scene by firing two charged bow attacks in the air with Yelan and Sara from the Narakumi Island’s Statue of The Seven. After the shots are fired, the player quickly teleported to the waypoint located on the Ritou dock in order to capture a unique scene.

The video was well-received in Genshin Impact community, gathering almost 10k upvotes. The creator of the video confirmed that while trying to perfectly execute this scene, he managed to recharge around 3 Resin which means that it took them around 25-30 minutes to finish the project. While fans absolutely loved the video, a couple of replies in the comment section claim that the video could’ve been even better if the player used a Pyro character instead of Sara.

However, DqrkExodus confirmed that they were going to use Amber at first but unfortunately for this video, their Amber has her first constellation level unlocked which makes her fire two arrows with her charged shot. Numerous comments claim that the video is yet another proof of Yelan’s versatility. She is a brand-new Genshin Impact character who is obtainable on the current Limited Banner - Discerner of Enigmas.

Even though a big part of the community seemed far from impressed by her first reveal during the previous Livestream Event, Yelan has proven to be one of the most special limited five-star characters in Genshin Impact. While she has a potential to deal tons of damage, Yelan’s primary role should probably be sub-DPS. In order to fulfill her potential, players need to build Yelan in a quite unique way considering that her damage scales with HP which is unusual for the game’s damage dealers.

Genshin Impact is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, and mobile devices. A Switch version is currently in development with no confirmed release date.
